HOT TUB EXPERIENCE

Immerse yourselves in a plethora of pampering underneath the stars, choose from the lavish luxury of the lunchtime lounger or tingle those senses in a twilight tub. The experience is great for everyone. Mixed bathing is allowed, so the tubs can also be enjoyed by families (children must be aged six or above and parental supervision is required at all times).

Sports-ICON[1].jpg

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Works deeply into the muscles to relieve tension, alleviate postural imbalances and clear the mind.  This treatment feels a bit like a work out as we target specific trigger points to release the muscles and encourage healing.  Lymph and blood flow is stimulated, ensuring the swift delivery of nutrients to each cell, which in turn encourages the removal of waste material. You’ll experience the benefits of “good pain” and some nice relaxing bits in between.  Next day you might be a bit achy but surely that a good thing

Hot-Stones-ICON[1].jpg

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot stone massage combines warmth and refreshing coolness to encourage the body to detox and heal. This also increases lymph flow and helps to flush out waste. Hot stone massage is said to have health benefits for people with muscular pain, poor circulation, back pain and stress to name just a few. Never underestimate the FEEL GOOD FACTOR of a hot stone massage. It will help you feel nurtured, pampered and revived…

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a natural healing art that involves the application of pressure to specific points (reflexes) on the feet to rebalance and strengthen the body’s natural self healing mechanisms. It is suitable for all age groups. Reflexology works on an individual basis and can improve mood, aid sleep and relieve symptoms associated with stress. It can be a wonderful relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday demands. The result is an overall sense of wellbeing.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

There are substantial health benefits to a relaxation massage. Gentle massage stimulates sensory nerve endings in the skin which transmits messages through the nervous system and causes the brain to release endorphins. These are the body’s natural painkillers; feel good chemicals that create a sense of wellbeing.
