Deep Tissue Massage is a powerful massage designed to release pain in the muscle and the connective tissue, or fascia, it relieves held-in tension and restores comfort and harmony to the whole being. Indian head massage

The technique, also known as Champissage,  releases muscle tension, stimulates circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage. It stretches and mobilises the tissues of the neck and shoulders. This fully oxygenates the cells, improves blood flow to the head and neck to encourage healing throughout the body.  It is a safe, simple, non-intrusive yet effective therapy and can be carried out through clothes, with or without oil.

Thai Yoga Massage.jpg

Thai yoga massage

Traditional Thai massage, often known as the ‘lazy person’s yoga’, is a rhythmical series of movements including acupressure, soothing massage, yoga-like stretches and contains elements of reflexology.  It can help improve mobility and energy flow, alleviating back, neck, shoulder and hip tension.  This results in an opening of the body, leaving the client feeling deeply relaxed and energised at the same time.  It is carried out through loose comfortable clothing on a Thai mat on the floor.

Myofascial Release.jpg

Sports/ Myofascial release (full body)

Sports and Myofascial Release is a form of bodywork that aims to release areas where the muscles and fascia maybe tight or stuck. The techniques are applied slowly to allow the fascia to soften, lengthen and release and create freedom of movement where we are stuck, removing the underlying causes of pain and stiffness.

Hot Stones Fusion.jpg

A full hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing treatment. Volcanic stones are heated in water and then used as extensions of the hands to massage the body. The heat enhances the relaxing and healing effect of the massage by warming and softening the soft tissues.

Stones can also be used clinically to treat chronic pain and acute injuries.

Aromatherpay.jpg

aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is an extremely relaxing treatment that uses essential oils extracted from flowers, seeds, barks, herbs and roots.  It helps in improving our health, mood and mind.  Aromatherapy massage techniques are often the same as those used in Swedish massage and are beneficial for back, neck & shoulder pain, for releasing tension and eases stress.

Reflexology.jpg

reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet, which correspond to all of the glands, organs and other parts of the body. By applying finger pressure and stimulating the reflex points, the body can be brought back into balance and harmony, resulting in profound relaxation. It opens up energy pathways and is a natural preventative healthcare treatment that can benefit everyone from young to old.
